Terms and Conditions for Online Healing and Coaching Program: EMPOWERED SELF

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the online healing and coaching program, Empowered Self, offered by Ania Orlowska, operating under The Orlowska Agency ("Provider"). By enrolling in and accessing the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. Program Description: Empowered Self is an online healing and coaching program designed to assist participants in enhancing their creativity, personal growth, and overall well-being. The program includes a combination of healing techniques, coaching sessions, video lessons, downloadable resources, live webinars, and access to a community platform for interaction and support.

  2. Enrollment and Access:
    2.1 Enrollment: To enroll in Empowered Self, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
    2.2 Access: Upon successful enrollment, you will be granted access to the program materials and resources for the duration specified in the program description.

  3. Intellectual Property:
    3.1 Ownership: All program materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, healing techniques, coaching methods, and resources, are owned by the Provider and protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
    3.2 Limited License: By enrolling in Empowered Self, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit the materials without prior written consent from the Provider.

  4. Participant Responsibilities:
    4.1 Compliance: Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms while participating in Empowered Self.
    4.2 Personal Use: The program materials and coaching sessions are for personal use only, and participants may not share their access credentials or distribute the materials to others.
    4.3 Prohibited Conduct: Participants shall not engage in any conduct that may disrupt the program, harm other participants, or violate the Provider's rights. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: a. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of program materials and coaching content; b. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the program materials; c. Engaging in any form of harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior; d. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the program platform or any other system related to Empowered Self.

  5. Payment:
    5.1 Fees: The program fees are specified during the enrollment process. Participants are responsible for paying the required fees in full and on time.
    5.2 Non-Refundable: The program fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to participant dissatisfaction, change of mind, or inability to complete the program.

  6. Limitation of Liability:
    6.1 No Guarantees: While the Provider strives to deliver high-quality healing and coaching services, there is no guarantee of specific outcomes or results from participating in Empowered Self.
    6.2 Disclaimer: The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your participation in the program, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, profits, or opportunities.

  7. Modification and Termination:
    7.1 Program Changes: The Provider reserves the right to modify the program content, schedule, or access duration at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
    7.2 Termination: The Provider may terminate your access to Empowered Self if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

  8. Confidentiality:
    8.1 Privacy: The Provider respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to the Provider's Privacy Policy for more details.

  9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Provider is located. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

  10. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding your participation in Empowered Self and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

By enrolling in Empowered Self, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from participating in the program.
